How to Measure

Bust Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.

Natural Waist Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Drop Waist Measure around your body 1 1/2" below your natural waist.

Hips Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. The shipping and handling fee you were quoted at checkout is applied at a flat rate depending on your location. Please note that we are unable to process your order if we cannot obtain an authorization from your credit card company. You may wish to contact the issuing bank of your credit card regarding this matter, and then inform us of any additional information. We will keep your order on file for 48 hours before it will be cancelled. Please respond quickly; merchandise cannot be held for your order and may become unavailable.

If your payment method was declined, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration, or insufficient funds. You can choose a new method of payment and contact your bank or the credit card company if you continue to experience difficulties placing your order.

How do I use a Promo code?

Promo codes may be entered in your basket. In the left-hand column, click Enter a Promo Code and enter the code. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Made to order items will be shipped in 10-12 working days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed Indian holidays.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. We ship to most locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

shopradka.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

If I mail a return when will I be refunded?

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. A refund will then be credited back to your original prepaid method of payment, and will take approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases may not be refunded.

What is the cost to return or exchange an item?

Return labels are only available for orders shipping within India and no additional postage is required. However, a INR 100 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.
