Shipping + Returns
All the products on www.shopradka.com are made to order and the process of production is initiated only after the order is placed and an order number is generated. All orders are shipped from our studio in Green Park, New Delhi using local shipping partners. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
Shipping within India
At Radka we offer free shipping within India. In some cases where Pincode/Zipcode is not serviceable by the courier companies the services of the Indian Speed Post shall be used. If there is no courier services available in your area, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We Ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by pincode for different zones. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.
Order and Shipping Process
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Orders are dispatched from our studio within 10-12 working days.
- As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our website.
- For domestic shipments, please allow 3-5 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 7-10 working days for international shipments.
- If you wish to order multiple products and ship the goods to different addresses, then you should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.
- Special customized orders will have extra charges depending on the changes required.
If you are unhappy with your product or if it has been damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchange orders and Sale styles are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost. Once we receive the item/s, the refund will be initiated. Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
- Items purchased at our retail store cannot be returned. An exchange for your order can be processed in the form of store credit.
- Exchange will happen only once for a said sale. Once exchanged we cannot do an exchange of the exchanged piece again.
Conditions of Return
Please make sure that:
- The item/s were purchased from Radka Online.
- The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
- All tags are still attached.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Your refund will be credited to the original prepaid payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Shipping charges cannot be adjusted.
Gift cards may not be returned and are non-refundable.
If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships
- If you need to update your Preorder, please call our Customer Care team at +91 11 41759860
- If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.
- For Returns on Preorders, you have 10 days from the day the order has been delivered to you - not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.
- We do our very best to communicate all details for Preorders by email.

- Our Preorder Items are best-selling RADKA pieces that have previously been in-stock and sold-out multiple times.
- Preorders can take anywhere from 1 - 4 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.
